Cobra pose Yoga Conditioning Workshop

Build a solid foundation to your backbends in your practice with this workshop. Our spinal column is precious and we want to ensure we are bending backwards correctly to avoid wear and tear on the discs between the vertebrae.

 

We often tend to be more flexible in specific regions of our spine and this can increase our risk of injuries such as herniated or bulging discs if we bend in these regions repeatedly overtime. So let's fix that back bend before it's too late!
