Module # 3 -In this lesson we will learn what the body scan is, why we are doing it, and how to practice it formally. and bringing the body scan into your daily life. Homework: 20 Minute Sitting Meditation, Body Scan, Informal Mindful Waiting, & Daily Reflections
Module # 4 - In this lesson we will talk about what mindful movement is, why mindful movement is important, and practicing formal mindful movement through hatha yoga. Homework: 30 Minute Sitting Meditation, Yoga Class, Informal Mindfull Walking, & Daily Reflections
Module # 5 - In this lesson you’re going to learn how to mindfully plan for, shop for, prepare and consume your food. Homework: Alternate 40 Minute Sitting Meditation, Body Scan, Yoga Class, Informal Mindful Eating, & Daily Reflections.
Module # 6 - In this lesson we are going to talk about continuing your formal and informal mindfulness practices after our time together. We will create a mindfulness program specific to you so you can continue when our time together ends.
