Program Policies

 

Like most businesses, we operate on set policies to uphold quality of work. We reserve the right to change the below policies to fit in with the nature of business growth and improve overall experience for the company.

 

Refund Policy

 

You are responsible for completing 1 module by submitting the corresponding worksheets for the module, and show up to 1 coaching call all within 14 days. This guarantee applies for the first 14 days after the program start date. No exceptions regarding refunds will be made after the 14 days.

 

If, after you complete the first module and submit the corresponding completed worksheets, and any other information required by Iron Lotus, and you still feel like the program isn't right for you, then you will receive a full refund and any future payments will be cancelled. We will remove you from the facebook community group access and it is your responsibility to opt-out of any future emails or subscriptions you elected previously.

 

NOTE that your program will be cancelled and you will no longer receive access to any of the program or it’s components which means severing access to the coaching services and private paid facebook group associated with this program. This guarantee applies for the first 14 days after the official start date of the program. No exceptions regarding refunds will be made after 14 days.

 

Return Policy

 

Please refer to Refund Policy. No refunds will be made after the refund period and conditions. You may volunteer to return access to the program without a refund and ask to forfeit access by letting us know. We will terminate your access and disconnect you from the community. It is your responsibility to opt out of emails by unsubscribing if you choose to do so.

 

Office Hours/Customer Service

 

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

 

1:1 Call Cancellation/No Show Policy

 

You will need to give 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel a 1:1 call. You are allowed up to 3 No Shows for the 1:1 call, and up to 3 rescheduled calls in a row only. It is your responsibility to reschedule. It is your responsibility to keep track of how many No Shows you have left. You may reschedule via the online calendar. Once you have used up the 3 No Shows your 1:1 calls will be suspended, and no refunds will be made for this portion of the program.

 

Time is an asset and we want to protect this work for you and others that use this time. You may retain your facebook group privileges and access to the program materials until the end of your 12-week program term.

 

Forfeit Sessions

 

After your purchase, you may forfeit 1:1 sessions ahead of time if you decide that group coaching and program materials are enough for you. You will need to notify us by email via ambergreen@ironlotus.ca that you decided to forfeit so that we may free up calendar space for those in the community that may benefit from these 1:1 sessions. However, we will not refund your program price or we will not reduce your already paid program. You may refer to the No Show policy about missed 1:1 sessions.

 

Missed Group Sessions

 

It is highly encouraged and recommended you attend coaching group sessions to fully benefit and contribute to your own growth, the growth of the community, and program. Group engagement is a necessary part of program participation and purchase.

 

Community Guidelines

 

Like most communities they are best governed by a set of simple rules out of respect for each other. You must comply with all applicable laws and will not use for unlawful purposes when electing this program or facebook group:

 

You will not post, email or otherwise make available any content that:

  • Is defamatory, libelous, indecent, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, invasive of another’s privacy, promotes violence or contains hate speech (i.e. speech that attacks, demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and/or sexual orientation/gender identity or
  • discloses any sensitive information about another person, including email address, postal address, phone number, credit card information or similar information
  • You will not “stalk,” threaten, or harass another person
  • You will not spam or use websites to engage in any commercial activities
  • You will not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • You will not interfere with or attempt to interrupt operation of websites through use of virus, device, information collection or transmission mechanism to gain access to any data through hacking or any other means
  • You will let us know about inappropriate content of which you become aware

We reserve the right to deny you access to the program and facebook group community, or any portion of community without notice and remove any content that does not adhere to Community Guidelines.

Discounts

 

No discounts for pre-purchase or already purchased prices. No discounts or price reductions will be offered after an already purchased program because of premature termination. Discounted prices may be determined only during the flash sale or promotional seasonal offer period. SENSITIVE DATA

We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

 

INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM FACEBOOK COMMUNITY GROUP

 

Information you share within the facebook community group is governed by Facebook’s privacy policy and rules and is not protected by this website’s privacy policy. Any information you share within the facebook community group is considered public information and may be seen or shared by the users within the facebook community group. Although we highly promote respecting the community’s privacy, we cannot contain or guarantee complete confidentiality with information shared within the facebook group.

 

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

 

Our lawful ground of processing your personal data to send you marketing communications is either your consent or our legitimate interests (namely to grow our business).

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we may send you marketing communications from us if (i) you made a purchase or asked for information from us about our programs, goods or services or (ii) you agreed to receive marketing communications and in each case you have not opted out of receiving such communications since. Under these regulations, if you are a limited company, we may send you marketing emails without your consent. However you can still opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time.

You can ask us or third parties to stop sending you marketing messages at any time simply by unsubscribing from emails via the unsubscribe button which can be found at the bottom of each email or by sending  an email to ambergreen@ironlotus.ca with your request to stop receiving emails.

 

If you opt out of receiving marketing communications this opt-out does not apply to personal data provided as a result of other transactions, such as purchases, warranty registrations etc.
